By participating in the 'Wild Clicks Season 9 Powered by Sony' contest, all participants expressly consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by Sony. This includes but is not limited to, name, contact details, and any other information provided during the registration process.

The participant data collected will be used by Sony for the purposes of administering the contest, announcing winners, and future promotional activities related to Sony's products and services. Sony may contact participants via email or other communication channels for these purposes.

Sony commits to treating all participant data with the utmost confidentiality. The data will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

Participants have the right to opt-out of receiving promotional communications from Sony at any time. Instructions for opting out will be provided in all communication sent by Sony.

An entry must:

• Be an original and independent creation of, and owned by, the Participant or the Participant should be sufficiently entitled to; free of any claims, including but not limited to copyright, design, or trademark claims from any third party.
• Not be published material, which includes but is not limited to any publication on any forum in the form of a submission towards any contest or competition of any manner, irrespective of whether or not any award, commendation, recognition, or other distinction was accorded to such submission by such contest or competition.

The 'Young Photographer of the Year' category is open to individuals aged 17 years or below as of the contest start date. Parental or legal guardian consent is required for participants under the age of 18. By submitting an entry, participants affirm that they have obtained such consent.

All submitted content must be appropriate for a general audience. Participants and their parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that the submitted content does not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights.

Participants acknowledge that any content submitted as part of the contest (photographs, captions, etc.) may be used by Sony for promotional purposes. However, Sony will give appropriate credit to the creator whenever reasonably possible.

Participants should indemnify and hold Sony harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the contest.

Sony reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through the contest's official communication channels.

All disputes to be settled within the jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi only.
