BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Safari and accommodation bookings are always done in advance as per permit rules and regulations and hotel requirements. The following terms are integral for a confirmed booking.

– A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit as per the payment terms of the total tour cost has to be made in order to secure your seat.

– The remaining fee will be paid to Nature Wanderers as per the payment terms specified for this tour mentioned in the cost & terms section.

– Cancellation: A cancellation will be considered only once we receive an email initiating your request for cancellation. Your deposit is used to secure your accommodation, safaris, transportation, and other bookings and hence is non-refundable and non-transferable. The cancellation amount will be decided as per the cancellation % amount mentioned in the cost & terms section of this photo tour.

- If your final payment is not received as per the above-mentioned clause, Nature Wanderers will be entitled to consider your booking as cancelled.

MP Parks (Pench, Kanha, Bandhavgarh & Satpura):

Payment Terms:

• 50% of the Tour fee as booking amount (non-refundable)
• Remainder 50% of the Tour fee before 90 days to the day of the Tour.

Cancellation policies:

• 50% fee refunded if cancellation is done 60 days prior to the event.
• No refund if cancellation is done under 0-59 days.

Kenya (Masai Mara):

Payment Terms:

• 30% of the Tour fee as booking amount (non-refundable)
• Remainder 70% of the Tour fee before 120 days to the day of the Tour.

Cancellation policies:

• 50% fee refunded if cancellation is done 90 days prior to the event.
• No refund if cancellation is done under 0-89 days.

Borneo & Patagonia:

Payment Terms:

• 30% of the Tour fee as booking amount (non-refundable)
• Remainder 70% of the Tour fee before 150 days to the day of the Tour.

Cancellation policies:

• 50% fee refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the event.
• No refund if cancellation is done under 0-119 days.

Snow Leopard (Spiti Valley):

Payment Terms:

• 30% of the Tour fee as booking amount (non-refundable)
• Remainder 70% of the Tour fee before 120 days to the day of the Tour.

Cancellation policies:

• 50% fee refunded if cancellation is done 90 days prior to the event.
• No refund if cancellation is done under 0-89 days.

Corbett & Ranthambore:

Payment Terms:

• 50% of the Tour fee as booking amount (non-refundable)
• Remainder 50% of the Tour fee before 120 days to the day of the Tour.

Cancellation policies:

• 50% fee refunded if cancellation is done 90 days prior to the event.
• No refund if cancellation is done between 0-89 days.

Kabini, Bera & Bharatpur:

Payment Terms:

• 50% of the Tour fee as booking amount (non-refundable)
• Remainder 50% of the Tour fee before 90 days to the day of the Tour.

Cancellation policies:

• 50% fee refunded if cancellation is done between 90-60 days prior to the event.
• 25% fee refunded if cancellation is done between 59 – 40 days.
• No refund if cancellation is done between 0-39 days.

Tadoba:

Payment Terms:

• 50% of the Tour fee as booking amount (non-refundable)
• Remainder 50% of the Tour fee before 120 days to the day of the Tour.

Cancellation policies:

• 50% fee refunded if cancellation is done 90 days prior to the event.
• 25% fee refunded if cancellation is done 89-60 days.
• No refund if cancellation is done between 0-59 days.
