DAY BY DAY
DAY 1
Pick up from Bhopal and transfer to the lodge. There will be a short briefing at lunch, after which you will be leaving for your first evening game drive. Once you are back in the evening, there will be a review and post-processing session with your photo mentor.
DAY 2-3
Early morning regular game drive. You will be back at the hotel in time for breakfast. You can relax till lunch, after which you will be leaving for your evening regular game drive. Once you are back, there will be a review and post-processing session with your photo mentor.
DAY 4
Early morning wake-up call and after a quick tea/coffee, we are all set for an early morning game drive. Breakfast would be at the resort or we will do a safari field breakfast depending on the field schedule. After breakfast check out and transfer back to Bhopal.
What are the COVID-19 Standard Operating Procedures for Nature Wanderer’s photo safaris?
At Nature Wanderers, the safety and security of our guests are of utmost importance. In light of the present global pandemic, please note the following:
- It is mandatory for all our guests to get vaccinated.
- Our entire team is fully vaccinated.
- Adhering to the present government and forest department rules, it is mandatory for all guests to be wearing masks at all times, including during the safaris.
- Drivers and guides will be following all COVID-19 safety protocols.
- Safari vehicles will be sanitized before and after each game drive.
- Hand sanitiser and disinfectant will be available in each vehicle. However, guests are encouraged to carry their own as well.
- A COVID-negative test will be mandatory for all guests.
- All guests will be sent a travel history form. We request you to share all previous details prior to a month of travel before the tour dates.
- Please install and regularly update the Aarogya Setu App to mark yourself safe.
- Only 4 photographers will be allowed in each vehicle.
- The tour is double-sharing, and twin beds will be provided. If anyone wants a single accommodation, kindly write to us at info@naturewanderers.com with your request and we will share the costs.
- In case you share any of your equipment with your fellow participants, make sure to sanitize before and after using the same.
- Temperature checks will be conducted on all guests every day.
- If anyone develops any symptoms during the tour, that person would not be allowed to carry on for the remaining safaris and would be requested to isolate themselves immediately.
- In case any guest develops any symptoms prior to the tour dates (including slight fever, cold, cough, loss of taste, or smell), we would request them to refrain from travelling and participating in the tour. Your seat would be considered cancelled and there would be no refund for the same as per company and forest department policy.
- If any last-minute travel restrictions are placed by government bodies that may affect road/ air/ train travel, Nature Wanderers would not be responsible, and cancellations would be as per forest department guidelines.
What are the cancellations and refund policies for this tour?
Cancellation for an event will be considered via written mail to info@naturewanderers.com. The date of the mail would be considered for the calculation of the cancellation fee.
Payment Terms:
- 30% of the registration fee would be the booking amount. This booking amount is non-refundable.
- The remaining 70% of the registration fee should be paid 120 days prior to the tour date.
- The 100% amount is refundable if the national park is closed because of COVID regulations during the tour period.
Refund policy:
- 50% of the remaining fee is refunded if cancellation is done 90 days prior to the event.
- No refund if cancellation is done under 0-89 days.

- Nature Wanderers would not be responsible for the cancellation of the tour due to any unforeseen conditions, such as delay/cancellation of flight, natural calamity, political unrest, etc.
