Pench national park is located on the southern boundary of Madhya Pradesh and is named after the river Pench. But it is famously known as the inspiration for Rudyard Kipling to pen down the iconic Jungle Book and hence this is Mowgli Land. Yes, this is the national park to visit, if you want to capture the magic of Mowgli’s world in your lens. A completely unique habitat comprises teak, characteristic ghost trees and black rock formations that stand out, Pench is also known for some of its iconic tigers who have recorded their names in history books because of their legendary feats. In addition to tigers, Pench is also a great location to photograph the leopard, gaur, wild dogs and sloth bears.
During this photo safari, you would be in the company of a Nature Wanderers field expert who would be guiding you and imparting you the desired photography knowledge so that you go back with an amazing portfolio of wildlife images from Pench.

DAY BY DAY
DAY 1
Pick up from Nagpur airport between 07:00 AM - 10:00 AM and transfer to Pench. Check-in at the hotel. There will be a short briefing at lunch, after which you will be leaving for your first regular game drive in the afternoon. Once you are back in the evening, there will be a review and post-processing session with your photo mentor.
Dinner and Overnight at Resort. (L, D).
DAY 2-3
Post your early morning regular safari, you will be back at the hotel in time for breakfast. You can relax till lunch, after which you will be leaving for your evening regular safari. Once you are back, there will be a review and post-processing session with your photo mentor.

DAY 4
Early morning wakeup call and after a quick tea/coffee we are all set for an early morning safari. Breakfast would be at the resort or we will do a safari field breakfast depending on the field schedule. Checkout post the morning safari.
Check out and transfer to Airport. Drop at airport max by 04:00 PM.
What are the COVID-19 Standard Operating Procedures for Nature Wanderer’s photo safaris?
At Nature Wanderers, the safety and security of our guests are of utmost importance. In light of the present global pandemic, please note the following:
- It is mandatory for all our guests to get vaccinated.
- Our entire team is fully vaccinated.
- Adhering to the present government and forest department rules, it is mandatory for all guests to be wearing masks at all times, including during the safaris.
- Drivers and guides will be following all COVID-19 safety protocols.
- Safari vehicles will be sanitized before and after each game drive.
- Hand sanitiser and disinfectant will be available in each vehicle. However, guests are encouraged to carry their own as well.
- A COVID-negative test will be mandatory for all guests.
- All guests will be sent a travel history form. We request you to share all previous details prior to a month of travel before the tour dates.
- Please install and regularly update the Aarogya Setu App to mark yourself safe.
- Only 4 photographers will be allowed in each vehicle.
- The tour is on a double-sharing basis and twin beds will be provided. In case anyone wants a single accommodation, kindly write to us at info@naturewanderers.com with your request and we will share the costs for the same.
- In case you share any of your equipment with your fellow participants, make sure to sanitize before and after using the same.
- Temperature checks will be conducted on all guests every day.
- If anyone develops any symptoms during the tour, that person would not be allowed to carry on for the remaining safaris and would be requested to isolate themselves immediately.
- In case any guest develops any symptoms prior to the tour dates (including slight fever, -cold, cough, loss of taste, or smell), we would request them to refrain from travelling and participating in the tour. Your seat would be considered cancelled and there would be no refund for the same as per company and forest department policy.
- In case there are any last-minute travel restrictions placed by government bodies that may affect road/ air/ train travel, Nature Wanderers would not be responsible, and cancellations would be as per forest department guidelines.
What are the cancellations and refund policies for this tour?
Cancellation for an event will be considered via written mail to info@naturewanderers.com. The date of the mail would be considered for the calculation of the cancellation fee.

- Nature Wanderers would not be responsible for the cancellation of the tour due to any unforeseen conditions, such as delay/cancellation of flight, natural calamity, political unrest, etc.
Payment Terms:
- 30% of the registration fee would be the booking amount. This booking amount is non-refundable.
- The remaining 70% of the registration fee should be paid 120 days prior to the tour date
- The 100% amount is refundable if the national park is closed because of COVID regulations during the tour period.
Refund policy:
- 50% of the remaining fee is refunded if cancellation is done 90 days prior to the event.
- No refund if cancellation is done under 0-89 days.
