African Elephants are known for their majestic grace and are one of the most intriguing and spectacular species to observe and photograph. This tour has been specially designed to help you create a diverse portfolio of elephant images. Both Amboseli and the Tsavo parks are known for their elephant populations. While Amboseli National Park is best known for getting up and close with these gentle giants, the elephants of Tsavo West are known for their unique red colouration. These ‘red elephants’ get their name from the red earth of the area, which they roll in and spray upon themselves, thus covering their bodies in this colour. Amboseli is also the only place where you will get to photograph wildlife against the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro. With 7 days at hand, you not only have more than enough time to photograph wild elephants in a variety of mesmerising habitats, but you will also be encountering other wildlife Kenya is known for.
